217: Rosemary Porkchop

img_20160804_222157.jpgOn tonight's menu: rosemary porkchop, with a side of lettuce, tomato, cucumber, carrots, and mashed potatoes. Emily has been on a cooking roll lately and I'm not one to complain. This was another excellent meal with the flavors of the different portions complementing each other quite well.

Have this become a food blog? That wasn't the intent. But even if it does, the difference from the usual is that I'm presenting my wife's cooking at home, not what I ordered from some restaurant somewhere.
