For dinner tonight, malunggay pesto pasta. Instead of basil leaves, Emily used dried malunggay which, incidentally, we harvested from our garden. She mixed these with pine nuts, walnuts, garlic, olive oil, parmesan, and salt. To top it off, she added tuna chunks. A truly excellent dish, I had to keep myself from going for seconds. There's still some left over for lunch tomorrow, so yay me!
