The day started out well enough: because of my wife's alarm clock I ended up waking at 3:30AM. I didn't feel like going back to bed so I went through my news feeds and did some Duolingo Spanish exercises. By the time I finished, it was 4:30, too late to sleep again, so I went on the treadmill for half an hour and took a dip in the pool for another half hour. So buff.
Now if only I hadn't taken so many sweets throughout the day: an ice cream at school, s'mores that students were selling for a fundraiser, and another free ice cream cone from the gasoline station. I will likely feel the effects tomorrow.
